Mission and Purpose
Global Community College Leadership Network (formerly Renewal & Change 2000/RC-2020) was founded in 1989 to foster an open exchange of ideas among educational leaders around the world. Our mission is to promote ongoing organizational vitality and improvement specifically for two-year college leaders and their institutions.
We are a not-for-profit association of community and technical colleges that supports CEOs in leading effectively and changing the status quo. Collaboration among these leaders and their support teams advances equity-minded student success and addresses critical community needs.
GCCLN is a self-governing association supported by membership dues and business sponsorships. Network management, programs, and events are determined and directed by CEO volunteers. The Executive Committee comprises elected officers to oversee administrative and financial activities.
